Credentials

Sexology

I hold a postgraduate degree in Human Sexuality from Curtin University in Perth, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication. My academic background gives me both the educational insight and communication skills needed to talk about sex in a way that’s clear, respectful, and real. I’ve dedicated my career to helping people better understand their bodies, desires, and relationships without shame.

Approach

Warm. Human. Slightly cheeky when appropriate.
My approach blends compassion with clear, evidence-based strategies so that people feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe that sexuality is a fundamental part of our wellbeing, and I aim to create a space where no question is too taboo, and no topic is off-limits. My work are grounded in science but delivered with humour and heart because sex should feel as joyful and safe to talk about as it is to experience.

Expertise

I specialise in supporting adults who want to enhance their sexual confidence, deepen intimacy, and navigate the complexities of modern relationships. Whether you're exploring desire, struggling with orgasm, or just want better communication with your partner, I provide tools and insights grounded in evidence-based Sexology. I work with individuals, couples, and groups across a range of topics, from pleasure education and body image to kink, communication, and ethical non-monogamy.

Affiliations

I’m an active member of the Society of Australian Sexologists, the leading professional body for sexologists in Australia. I also engage with a broader network of professionals in health, wellness, and education to ensure my work remains inclusive, relevant, and ethically sound.

Social Impact

My work focuses on driving cultural and policy change. Through my  academic report 'Not So Hospitable', I helped spark reform in South Australia’s RSA laws by exposing sexual harassment in hospitality. I’ve actively lobbied for safer, more equitable workplaces and proudly hosted the 2024 Adelaide Domestic Violence Rally. For me, Sexology and social justice go hand-in-hand because true wellbeing includes safety, equity, and systemic change.

Achievements

I’ve been honoured to receive recognition for both my professional work and cultural contributions. In 2024, I was named South Australia’s Young Achiever of the Year, and also became the 2025 Good Food Guide Cultural Create Change Champion. I was a proud nominee for 2024 Woman of the Year, and continue to advocate for inclusive, pleasure-positive sexual health education across Australia.
